- Other Info Involved in an RTA late evening. He was taken by the finder to PetMedics in Worsley for treatment but sadly didn't make it. We need to find his family to give them closure. Please contact for further information.

- So sad. He is almost the image of my youngest cat Lucy who is thankfully safe, and sleeping. Well done to the finder Nicola for your kindness, and tol the vet who tried so hard to save him. RIP+ sweetheart, and have fun at the bridge with the other "Rainbow babies" Hope your owners are traced so they can have closure. God blessx A~~~Candle~~~burns for this "Baby"

An update from Nicola who found him and took him to the vets:
Hi everyone so sorry he didn't make it ... He was a boy ... He had broken ribs, fluid on his chest and the head trauma was so bad they put him down for humane reasons x
Many thanks to Nicola for taking such good care of him when the driver chose to leave him there dying. Also to Louise an off duty vet who stopped to help and booked him into Petmedics where she works.....thank you ladies xxx

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
