Definately get some posters put out locally..... I google mapped your area and there seems to be quite a few blocks of flats, try and get them covered as well.As you never know someone may have taken him in. Also Upney station looks quite close so maybe put some there, also have a chat with the station supervisor and see if he is a compassionate person and would put the word out among his staff etc
