Oh nooo! Poor little Barney and his family. Maybe it was time for God to call him home so he took him quickly to heaven without suffering. Such a terrible shame for family. Go dbless you sweetheart. So sorry Barney did`nt make it home, but at least we know he is in his Forver home, having fun at the bridge. Nightie, night little one, sleep tight, and wait for your family at the bridge when the time is right. Find comfort that you have not lost Barney forever, and when you meet him at the bridge he will be like a young puppy again. RIP+ God blessx A~~~Candle~~~burns for Barney.

Sadly Barney didn't make it home :(
He was knocked over on Monday at 8:30 outside Beal High Sch, died on impact, he would have been following the kids, a mum put him in her car and took him to the vets.
R.I.P. Barney, run free at the bridge xxx
My thoughts are with Barney's owner at this very sad time

I have contacted owner for a bit more information.
he was last seen on Monday by some school children.
He went missing from Grasmere Gardens. Which is off Redbridge Lane near Woodford Ave and close to Redbridge Station and roundabout

They have just had a call about a dog which was knocked over on Monday, hoping this isn't Barney.

I have advised them to contact the vets in the area, dog warden, highways ect to see if they can get more information about the dog which was knocked over. Owner will let me know.

I think the postcode he went missing from is IG4 BUT have asked owner to confirm this

Can you verify the postcode and area please?
Redbridge Essex is very different from the SE & SW postcodes for helper alerts.
