Thanks Liana, I had a text from Tykes owner with this very sad news but have not been able to access Internet to update. I am so very sorry at this tragic outcome and my thoughts are with his family . Rest in peace beautiful Tyke. X x

Hi , just to let you know had a call this morning to say tyke was found dead at the side of the road x, looks like someones hit him and drove off , just want to say thankyou so much for all your help and advice xxxx , not the best news n heart breakin but at least he's now back home with his family x , thankyou again x

Sadly I've been told tyke has been found near the old post office but sadly not the right outcome.

Tyke vanished from his garden in Kexborough and has been sighted several times since fhen in the Yorkshire Sculpture Park area . The most recent sighting was today at 12.30 in Jebb Lane.
His owners have contacted local kennels and informed Barnsley and Wakefield dog wardens and I have suggested that they contact Huddersfield area too. I have also given them the contact numbers for Mount Pleasant and Flushdyke Kennels.
hoping this boy is back home very soon x
