Please have a look at this one. Found 71672 in Norfolk, East Anglia, either long term lost or not cared for wherever it had been, very matted

Poster put up on work notice board, in Brentwood so not too far from West Horndon, hope he's found & is home soon x

Some of Horndon is covered by Thurrock Council as well so worth contacting the Council and Gemini Kennels. We border Horndon as well but no matches here I am afraid.

On the other page Simba has been registered as a Basset Hound. Here he's down as a cross-breed. His hair is longer in this one and he resembles a shorn pbgv or pbgv x. Either way we have a hound on our hands. Can the owners tell us where they are so that we can see how far they are from where Simba went missing. We also need to merge these pages. I would suggest keeping this one as it's the owners.

Which council covers West Horndon please? Basildon dog warden was out last night searching for a cream dog have a stroll near A127. Didn't find but worth remembering for anyone travelling along that route or living nearby. Don't know exact location. Owner advised. Hopefully whoever the dog is, someone will be able to find and scan. x

What a lovely looking boy, quite unusual a basset with a rough coat. Could one of the photos from 55883 be added as they show his body shape. I hope you have news of this lovely boy very soon.

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
