Rosie is out there somewhere, fingers crossed that there is some good news soon. It only takes one person to see a poster to provide an important lead. Would your local postman put A5 mini posters of Rosie through letterboxes? Covers more ground that wayxxxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Dearest Rosie, we still love and miss you so much I'm thinking of you constantly, PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR HER. I worked out from when she was taken, she would have had a season, so if it was travellers who took her for breeding from then she would have had pups and they would be about to be taken from her. so maybe she would be dumped in the next couple of weeks. xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thank you all for your support. Rosie is in the Bucks free Midweek edition, and hopfully in the Oxford Mail, Spoke to Stockenchurch rescue center today as had a phone call saying there was a Yorkie there. It was a dog, and had been given them by the owner. so no luck again. I'm finding it very difficult to stay posative. and just keep bursting into tears. People that take our dogs have no concept of what they put you through.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Been to High Wycombe again. Got there early, walked round searching for 6 hours no luck put more posters up took one into police station. there was a sighting on the roof of the Irish club that was a younger dog long tail and not as black as Rosie. I feel really despondent tonight, really hoped to get some news. Does anyone know who to contact regards local paper, or radio?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thanks for the advice. Went round on Thursday and did that. Also yesterday when I took Clyde he sented every tree. I'm going back up this morning so will try the clothing. She will be terrified she does have a back problem that she has had treatment for in the past. which has probably flaired up again. I really hope it is her. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Rosiesmum, the do say here on Doglost about leaving scent markings near where they have been sighted, you have to spread your own urine about the area and maybe an old item of clothing that hasn't been washed for the dog to find and hopefully the dog will stay in the area long enough to be sighted and caught. Good Luck, really hope rosie is home soon. Dolly 6.2.05Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

We are now very sure Rosie was stolen. We have done the posters and I hand delivered pictures with all her medical history to all the vets in Aylesbury Bicester, Oxford and locally we put picture in bucks advertizer and Thame gazette and she has been on radio oxford every sunday afternoon on Henry Wymbs for 3weeks No responce. Feeling more upset now, can't think what else to do. Went over to Blackberry Farm Qauinton (rspca) with no luck. Rang police again today they don't seem to care. Her son and daughter are both missing her. I wish I new who has her!!!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi - have spoken to a colleage who lives in Thame - he knows of an Oakley village which is off the road between Long Crendon and Blackthorn. There is a prison in Blackthorn or round about. This is on the otherside of the A41 to Blackberry Farm. Quite close to Bicester and Thame as well and Bicester is on the border to Northamptonshire so it might be worth getting in touch with them. Banbury is just down the M40 too. Hope this helps. Come home soon Rosie.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
