Black with white bib staffordshire bull terrier bitch was picked up after nearly being run over on 09 June in Treorchy. She has a very distinctive white bib. I have emailed Rosies and Gromits poster without photo to the Suffolk Coastal District Counci Dog Wardens on scsltd@suffolk.gov.uk Tel 01394 444000.
