Brilliant news ... Poppy is back with her owners !!! They have followed up on the found dog which terrier lady had spotted on a Facebook page and been to see the people who had claimed her having bought her the week before.
After showing them newspaper articles and all the photos they have of Poppy plus identifying that poppy has a claw missing the ' new owners ' agreed to hand Poppy back uo her family .
Well done and Thankyou to terrier lady who matched Poppy's Doglost link on Facebook to the found dog on another Facebook group !!
Poppy is now microchipped and will be getting a collar and tag . Welcome home Poppy and please stay safe from now on xxx

Yes terrier lady it does look very like her doesnt it ? Was it you that messaged me on Facebook about this dog ?

There is a jack russell on woof woofs facebook page ithat has been found which is female and looks to have same markings the ears are back but that could be fear, hope it is her good luck

Poppy was picked up from nearby to her her home by a passing motorist driving a Mercedes. The police have tracked down the motorist who took her home with them to Normanby where they said she escaped from their garden.
Her owners have contacted the Middlesbrough dog warden and Poppy was featured in last nights NORTHERN ECHO !
Hoping Poppy is found very soon xx
