Tanya
Hi everyone. Aston has been found! I had a call from the GameKeeper at Kop Hill this morning. Thank you all for your kind words and support, and a special thank you to LindaT for spreading the word and keeping me positive over the last 48 hours. Forever thankful. Tanya

New photo makes him look more like a cocker - could he be a sprocker? Do we know if owner is regularly going back to the spot where Aston was last seen, and if they've left something with their scent on it there? Will try to get up there this afternoon if I can x

Just had a long drive all around local area, passed on info to everyone I saw, Nigel from Petpals is there every day and will keep look-out, he will pass info on too. Plough at Cadsden will put a poster up there when you can print some, Tanya:-) Going to walk Cadsden/whiteleaf basin tomorrow morning with my Boxer...plus spare lead & lots of treats! Will try & sort out my printer too.

Have only just seen this but can't help out today, as leaving home shortly for London. If not found by tomorrow, will take a walk up there with my dog. Make sure you plaster the area with posters - they really are the key (see reunited Bertie cocker spaniel's page) x

Have just spoken to Tanya and also passed on details to the dog collection service for all the loal council areas (Hannah at SDK) they have taken details and will contact Tanya if they pick up Aston. Tanya is going to get posters up asap ..I need to look at my printer which is not working!!! Just going out now to have a look-see

So sorry that Aston has gone missing. I'm in Wales from tomorrow for about 10 days so won't be able to help immediately. I'm having some flooring done and am unsure how quickly it will be done (depending on the builder!). If I'm back early I will be intouch but hopefully he will be found by then. I must add that there are quite a few travellers around this area so it might be an idea to start there first!

unfortunately my printer is playing up but I am going to Haddenham shortly so will swing by area and see if I can spot anything. Suggest advising Macabee Kennels missing dogs helpline on Longwick 01844 342016; Sprinz & Nash vets at Princes Risborough 01844 345655; Wendover Vets 01844 621840; Hampden Vets as they have a clinic at Haddenham 01296 745372; Have just spoken to Macabee myself and they have no Springer but advise ring back in couple of hours on 01844 342016: time now 1.05pm Last edited: 2013-09-24 13:08:56 by LindaT
