- Hi Paula.
That was nice of you to go back.
As I have a Labrador and know how they are with food.
If it is still around should be easy.
As you said he may have found his way home.

- I had to get back to work Patlucky :( & didn't want him to follow me as my car was close to the road, I'll pop back to the park after work to see if he's still around, I'll leave Griffin in the car & take his lead with me, I'm sure he'll willingly come to me, I was worried there was going to be a scrap as he kept trying to mount Griffin

- He looks lovely.
He also looks friendly.
A bit of food and a lead I think he would come with you willingly.
Good luck - 2013-09-25 13:50 Paula Griffin's Mum
- I reported the sighting of this dog to the school near the playing fields, I asked a play ground assistant if she'd ever seen anyone walking a chocolate lab, mentioned that I'd seen one running free for a good 20mins & no owner had appeared, she said she'd call the council when she got back inside.
The dog seemed quite happy, he did keep trying to mount Griffin & Griffin didn't like that very much & told him so, he then kept his distance, he looked about 6 or 7 years old, I have a photo & have tried to load it, he was a friendly lab, his eyes looked quite red, hope he finds his way home/owner finds him :) - 2013-09-25 13:44
