I spoke with the owner last night. There have been a few sightings in the Chard area, which is the direction the dog I saw was heading. I have put some missing posters along the stretch of road where I think I saw Foxy & also around Chard. Lets hope she's found soon. Heads up Chard!!!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Possible sighting!!! Thursday 13th April 2005 4.30pm. On the A30, inbetween Monkton & the Rawridge turning. Dog, very similar in looks to Foxy, with collar was walking along the side of the road, against the flow of traffic, towards A303 direction. Traffic was very heavy, due to Bank Holiday. I was heading home from Chard, where I work. I turned my car round as soon as I could & went back to try & find the dog, but it had gone. The dog had a look of 'it knew where it was going' & didn't look panicked by the traffic at all. I presumed the dog headed off into the woods, which line the road either side of that section. Its only when I saw the poster at Chard resevoir this morning, I thought it may have been Foxy. I don't think anyone could have picked the dog up as the traffic was too heavy & the dog certainly hadn't been hit. It is some distance from where Foxy went missing (13 miles) The dog stuck in my mind as it looks the same as my friends dog. Foxy has the same look as well. I have left a message on Foxys owners answerphone. I travel that route every week day, so am quite happy to put some posters up. Good Luck! Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
