Have spoken to Rolly's owner. She has reported him missing to all the relevant authorities and has been telephoning local holding kennels.
She has started postering- have advised to continue and put up as many as possible to raise even more awareness.
Have discussed media appeals as well.
hope that there is news of him very soon
If found, he must be reported to the dog warden services

- rolly owners have been going up to local holding kennels everyday to see if he has been brought in will update with proper contact details tomorrow after staff have sent me them
