Seems quite a mixed story---Hope the lovely Sasha is safe back with her owner and in a forever home.
-she looks a lovely girl--if they change their mind about her hopefully they would go through the right procedure to get her a new home=hopefully it is a happy ending and is just a confusion as Janiejewel says.
Goldenfrodo
This is good news xx Welcome back to your family Sasha xx Stay very safe now xx

Wonderful news. I am not a psychologist, but when Sasha`s owners said they didn`t want her back at first, it may have been their way of coping with a lost pet. They may have felt "Angry" or "Cross" or guilty even if someone else was caring for her: but more "Cross" with themselves, because they are feeling hurt of course. *(I dont excuse people who deliberately abandon their dogs because they dont care) I often say I am going to find my eldest cat a new home when she is late coming in at night, when I have been calling her for ages, of course I dont mean it, it is just frustration on my part. Stay safe now beautiful sasha:-)xxx

Lovely news! Well done RSPCA and owner.

Great news..she can finally go to blue. What date was she found in the end? x
Helen
Just to update you, Sasha has been reunited with her owners and was very happy. The RSPCA helped the owner to catch her by putting a cage close to my father in laws barn. When the owner knew where the dog was she visited regularly until Sasha was found.
MacIntosh
What happened to this lovely girl??

I am also very confused - hope you can get to the bottom of this Goldenfrodo will look forward to your update. J. x
Goldenfrodo
I'm still a bit confused about all this as I know that Sasha's owners definitely said they didnt want her back. I'll try to find out more and will update when I can x
Helen
Just to update you all. The owner of Sasha called my father in law last night and they went together today to see if they could get her. She wasn't in the barn or the surrounding area although she had eaten the food that had been left yesterday and there was fresh pooh close by. The owner is very concerned, and has said that she also has Sasha's Mother and Father. She has had Sasha since she was born and would love to have her home. They have people watching the area and are going to see if they can find her again tomorrow. Will keep you informed. Helen xx
Clare
Good luck with catching her. Cant believe her owners would just abandon her like this poor girl. Well done to the caring people who have been feeding her x

I really hope this dog can be safely captured & found a loving home.
Well done to Helen & her dad for helping this dog.
Goldenfrodo
I forgot to say earlier. Big thanks to Helen and her father in law.. I really hope we can get this girl to safety soon x
mathers22
Well done to Helen and her father - how kind to look after her. Hope she's soon found and with caring owners xx

Sam has done a great job in trying to find Sasha clearly a very caring lady. Would be wonderful if Ray is able to help catch her and she definitely will need lots of love and care after all this time - if it wasn't for Helen and her very kind father in law putting out food and making a bed for her I dread to think what would have happened to this poor love. Julie xx
Goldenfrodo
Only just seen this. Really hope this is Sasha.x Her previous owners did day they didnt want her back and she should be left to 'go wild'. Sam has been posting on behalf of them as she was worried and has been doing her best to find Sasha.
This poor girl will need a lot of love and caring for when she's caught. Definitely shouldnt go back to previous owners.
I've been in touch with Ray and he's quite willing to help to catch her now a feeding station has been established. Stay safe sweetheart xx
Esther
Thanks Helen, and please thank your father in law. It is good to know that someone has been helping her
Merlinsmum
I so hope that this is Sasha and that she is ok, what a lovely, kind person to leave food and make a bed for her... I hope she is able to be coaxed in to safety and I hope she finds a wonderful, loving home, given that her previous owners said they did not want her back... she will need some loving after this ordeal. Stay safe Sasha, and well done you beautiful girl x x x Last edited: 2013-11-25 16:14:35 by Merlinsmum

Bobble - hope you are aware of this. On a post further down the owners have stated they were not going to look for Sasha anymore and leave her to go wild - not very caring at all. I think Bobble has said GSDR had a place for Sasha. I really hope this lovely girl will end up with a loving caring home. Helen well done to you and your lovely father in law who has been feeding her.
mathers22
I thought the owners weren't bothered and going to let the poor girl "go feral" !

Oh Wow...hope so..tx Helen for checking on Doglost....
Helen
A dog which may very well be Sasha has been sleeping in my father in laws Barn on a small holding about a mile from where she went missing. He has been leaving food for her as she looked starving and has also made a bed for her which she seems to be using. We have contacted "Sam" above and are hoping that the owner will contact us tomorrow in day light to be taken to get her. Fingers crossed. I only heard about her today and an internet search brought me here. I cant stop thinking about this poor dog. Fingers crossed her owners still want her.
Merlinsmum
Are there any updates on Sasha please... I can't get her out of my mind x
Esther
Still no news on Sasha?

Any news on Sasha xx

Without wanting to know any details Bobble can you confirm people are trying to catch this poor girl possibly by gaining her confidence with food or a trap - if you just say yes that will do as we don't want loads of people chasing her around and make the situation worse. J. xx

Great news Bobble - I sincerely hope this poor girl can be caught safely very soon and finds a loving caring family - cannot stop thinking about her ! Unfortunately I live miles and miles away otherwise I would have definitely tried to help knowing she has just been left to her own devices by her family. Julie xx

I'm very concerned about this poor girl. She has been sighted and is roaming. Apparently her owners have told the person who posted her on here that they are not going to look for her anymore and are going to 'leave her to go wild'.
Is there anybody in the area who could help to catch her please as I'm really worried she's going to be shot as there's a lot of sheep in the area
Goldenfrodo
Thanks sam for putting Sasha on here. Fingers crossed now alerts have gone out (thanks gino), somebody will see her and contact you xx
