- I think I saw him crossing the road between the houses on Middlewich Road by the Coach and Horses pub on Thursday night. This was 9.20pm on my way to work.

- Hi Bev the lady said it was him, was the other dog similar to yours?
Good that the workmen are looking out for you. - 2013-11-07 14:13 Bev
- I spoke to the men working on the main road right by the nursery, they rang my husband as they spotted a dog, but it wasn't ours.Really hope the one the nursery staff saw was him, so excited to think we might have him back.

- Cannot thank you enough millypod.
I had been to Warmingham the other night and left leaflets everywhere but very excited about the recent sighting.
Did Minshull's Nursery identify him from the poster?
Just so hopeful now. - 2013-11-06 10:20 Millypod (Chris) - Administrative Volunteer
- I have taken posters to a few farms on Eardswick Lane and the two houses and put a few posters up where its safe to do so as busy lane. Also The Badger pub. Church Minshull Village hall.
Minshull garden centre who said HE WAS ON THEIR CARPARK YESTERDAY lady thought he was with a customer.
Stay safe little one.x - 2013-11-05 21:51 Millypod (Chris) - Administrative Volunteer

- Thanks me n my girl - I will make sure this lads owner sees your post.
I have been in contact with his owner today. The Warmingham sighting is very credible as it is an area this lad is familiar with.
I am still trying to get more detail of the location of the sighting from the original sighter (and ask them to confirm whether it could have been this lad), but this lads owner will be postering heavily around this area and would appreciate if anyone local can keep their eyes open for him there.
Bumped for sighting. x - 2013-11-04 13:28 Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer
- probably grasping at straws but this description on "animalwardens" site doesn't read right to me. Greyhound ginger, size medium , male, found Warrington WA5 2/11. Ref 320762. Post will probably disappear today. As alerts have gone out to WA4 and WA6 and knowing how whippets can travel I just wondered if there was a chance it could be this boy.

- I have come across a post in a Crewe and Nantwich facebook pet group of a possible sighting of this lad on Monday 28/10/13 in the Warmingham area. I have alerted this lads owner to the posts.
I am trying to contact the sighter to see if this may have been the dog seen, but the post was as follows:
"Anyone missing a beige with blackgrey markings lurcher near Warmingham? We just followed it running up the road for 2 miles, but it won't stop. It's running in front of cars on country lanes."

- This little one disappeared after being let out to go to the toilet in the garden. All dog wardens, local vets, and several whippet rescues have been contacted and neighbours have all been alerted. Posters are up locally too. This area is very quiet and rural, and his owner feels that he may have been picked up and taken.
Please look out for him and share his details. Thanks xLast edited: 2013-10-20 10:08:45 by skippy - 2013-10-18 12:45 skippy
