- Going to set up a page today with help of my daughter...bit to technical for me! She will also pass on the info about her friends dog and the car

- It may be an idea to set up a Facebook page for Molly and try to get her face spread around the country in as many ways as possible.
The Newquay dog has been found safe and is now home. Please share this info on my Facebook page about the car and I will share it - 2013-10-18 19:53 AMANDA
- Police visited today and were very supportive. They think that because of the timings, and no sightings they think that Molly has been stolen and possibly taken out of county.Lets hope that she is taken to a vet and scanned.
Heard a couple of things today from my facebook friends.
Puppy stolen from Newquay.
A dog on a smallholding about 4 miles away was in a field next to the house when the owner saw 2 males beckoning her dog over to the far gateway. When she saw them they drove off in a dark red Peugeot 306 car that was a bit of a wreck. - 2013-10-18 09:55 Moogie - Area Volunteer, Cornwall
- Still circulating around facebook and twitter. I'm please you eventually had support from the police. Lets hope they start to look into this problem more. Fingers crossed for some good news of Molly. Thinking of her everyday

- Had contact from the police this evening. Very supportive, has black lab himself. He said that more should be done as this is an increasing problem. Will contact me if any news. Keep fingers crossed. Thanks Max for ringing today, great to know that Molly is being thought about. I've been out walking with the grandchildren today around our local area, but no signs. The children were convinced that Molly would be found sleeping under a tree. We had to look at so many trees!Going to all the local vets tomorrow with poster so if they get a black female lab they can check her micro chip.

- I will pass info of white van on to my client who is my police connection
- 2013-10-16 22:56 AMANDA
- Very frustrated that official people....police, gypsy liaison officer cant be bothered to ring back.
Facebook friends still spreading the word that Molly is missing. One friend has offered a reward for Molly's safe return...no questions asked. We are also offering a reward for information that leads to her safe return. We have also been given information that a white van has been seen driving slowly around the village looking suspicious over the last few weeks. Thank you for all your help and support - 2013-10-16 14:36 Max - Area Co-ordinator - Cornwall & Area Volunteer - Durham & Ireland
- I keep checking when I am walking on lost church or dunes. Let me know if you need any more help in a search.

- Thank you for all your help and advice, you are all a credit to the organization. We have Molly's details on the local radio stations, looked all around the local area...in barns, ponds, rivers. Put on facebook, informed the police, contacted local vets and animal shelter. We think because of the short time that Molly went missing, about an hour that she couldn't have got very far so we think that she must have been taken. We heard the dogs barking at around that time. She was covered in mud underneath, so I don't think that it would have been somebody in a clean car, more likely a van or old car.
I am now going to put up posters around the local area just in case somebody has taken her in and do not know what to do.
Molly is completely black, so no obvious marks, but she does have 3 dummy teats on her left side which is a little unusual.
I will look at the dog ads in the local paper.
Again thanks for looking we really miss her. - 2013-10-14 23:03 Moogie - Area Volunteer, Cornwall

- Spoken to owner. Molly lives on a farm with several other dogs. All of them were on the farm when the owner heard lots of barking and she expected it to be the person who collects parcels from her. The parcel was still there but noticed Molly had gone. She is very friendly and will go to any one. She is chipped but not wearing a collar. Molly is a not a working dog but a pet. Owner is assuming she has been stolen. I have advised her to get a crime number and to get a photo up on to her page and heavily poster the area.

- Just had a drive around the lanes at Rose/Goonhavern, no sightings sorry.
Had gone dark too. If still missing in the morning will have another look, as I walk the dogs on the 'lost church' nearby. - 2013-10-14 18:32 Max - Area Co-ordinator - Cornwall & Area Volunteer - Durham & Ireland
