No owner came forward during the retainer time, and the person looking after him has given him a home. Thank you to Pekingese rescue who offered back up.

have made enquiries locally and at all local vets but no reports so far.
he has been reported to the dog warden and is on a retainer at the moment.
he has the promise of rescue space with Pekingese rescue if his owners are not found xxx
