Have just had a message from skippy with the fantastic news DEXTER has been SCANNED by a VET in HIGH WYCOMBE and they contacted his owner. He is not home yet but will be on Saturday.

Thanks a million to skippy for letting us know and to the vet for making that most important call.

Will update when we know more details.

WELL DONE to his owner for having him CHIPPED, look forward to getting the news he has been REUNITED with his family who are obviously over the moon. x

Thanks for looking out for Dexter, Millypod - I have been talking with Dexters owner this evening about this one on the Animal Wardens site. louise has spoken to the AW and this report is a 'sighted only' report received the wardens so we don't have much more detail, other than it was a small French bulldog with a black collar - in the Rochdale area. The sighter tried to contain the dog, but was unable to catch it. We understand the warden has been alerted and will be patrolling the area of the sighting tomorrow.

I have asked to see if we can get any further location details. x

Dexter's owner has confirmed to me today that Harley was found in SOUTHPORT not Stockport. Still some distance from home, but a different area entirely. She was found wandering near Morrisons at the Winter Garden, PR8 postcode area.

I have loaded a new photo of Dexter into the poster box - you may need to refresh his page to view the image.

Harley and Dexter's owner has secured more media coverage today. Their story is featured in the Chester Chronicle.

Harley and Dexters story has appeared in this weeks Chester and District Standard. It was in their on-line edition on Monday and will be getting delivered through all doors around the Chester area this week.

All crossed this brings the news their family is desperate to hear.

Dexter and Harley are getting regular mentions on local Chester Radio Dee 106.3 breakfast show this morning. Many THANKS to Dee 106.3 for helping to spread the word that they are missing.

The posters have brought in a sighting of one of the pups (probably Dexter) on the morning they went missing - not far from home on Boundary Lane. The sighter was driving past and couldn't be sure if the other pup was also there.

Many of the posters in this area are getting removed, so if you are able to help Harley and Dexter's owner get them back up, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks x

Harley and Dexter's owner has been working hard over the weekend to spread the word that they are missing.

All the right people have been contacted, but can anyone help with postering please? louise has no access to a printer and is finding postering difficult with small children in tow. If anyone local is able to help by printing a few off and getting them up around the boundary Lane area, it would help greatly. Thanks x
