So pleased Daisy is home, clever little girl - just for feedback, I got the email alert, which must have been the second one sent as it was after 10pm last night.

So pleased she found her way home - resilient little dog! Have updated my Facebook and several twitter accounts I run - and thanked people for their support. Now means I don't need to drive to work with a load of sausage in the car just in case I had seen her!!

Thank You everyone..we have been searching all day and went again following sightings at around 1900 hrs. Possibly Daisy running toward the Indian.. along Iron Mill Lane. We have had no joy in getting her back though. We Will be putting up posters also but huge thanks to those that have or will. My cousin works at Orchardleigh which helps...all normal organisations been contacted. Family will be out looking for her again tomorrow..She is likely to run off if suddenly approached so I think softly softly. Thank You all again for circulating, and lets keep it going until shes home..xx Will keep you posted.

I live in Spring Gardens (for anyone local I am on the Farmers Arms side of the main road, just up lane from where Daisy went missing) and have printed off posters and put them out on our fence / gate and also entrance to field that dog walkers use. If it hasn't been done by tomorrow evening then I'd be happy to do more on other side of main road. I've also posted on Facebook and Twitter and have emailed a number of contacts I've got in this vicinity (a mailing list we use for something else) to ask for people to keep an eye out and print off posters and spread the word. I am working Friday but please let me know if I can be of any other help Friday evening / Saturday. But really hope she turns up before then.

Hi I am a care work and will be out and about in Frome from 7 am until 4pm tomorrow, will look everywhere I am for her, fingers crossed x
DJK
Just a thought, if owner hasn't already, perhaps somebody could contact Orchardleigh House as the lands back onto Spring Gardens, you can find the number for the office on the internet as they do weddings and there is a golf club there.
DJK
That's the bottom of the road where I live, will keep my eyes open on my way home and if she is still missing tomorrow I can print off some posters and laminate while I am at work to put up in the area if tht would help?

She escaped from garden yesterday, after being spooked by workmen, who tried to catch her, sadly couldn't.This was at 4oc yesterday afternoon. She was seen running up the road afterwards and trying to get into the field opposite. The DW and the vets locally have been contacted.Im emailing out a link to her poster and advice sheets .
