Beano
Saluki Cross
Approx 3 years
Male
Arrived 18th Feb
Kennels Staffs/Cheshire border
Beano has come in via Inspectors, he and 2 other Lurchers were kept tied up to a fence on a travellers site, they denied ownership so the Inspectors took them away. Beano has been microchipped, vaccinated and neutered. He is a healthy boy apart from being underweight. He sustained a minor bite (while at the animal hospital) from one of the other dogs who attacked him which only needed one stitch.
Beano is absolutely stunning and has a beautiful temperament. He is wary of you at first and a little head shy but is very friendly and really enjoys a good fuss. He is gentle and playful and loves a good run around. He seems fine with other dogs but he needs a cat/small animal free home. He needs a big enough garden so he can be off lead to run those long legs off! He's clearly not had the best treatment in the past but now he can find a good loving home.

- Hi, someone on my facebook (from warrington) found a Lurcher, tan, male and wearing a collar with pearls on he said. I thought it would be worth letting you know just in case. The dog is with the local dog warden now. He did take a pic of the dog and put it on facebook too.

- As you can see Bolt has only been missing 10 days so thought the same thing bazil and mentioned this in my email. Depends how thin Bolt was when he went missing, as we know some lurchers can be very slight naturally. Personally I think its too close to call without an actual photo of Bolt and would like his owners to take a look rather than me make the decision for them.
- 2013-10-25 12:42 BBKM
- How long has Bolt been missing please? If just recently stolen then I do not think the found dog ID 58639 can be Bolt as the found dog was in very poor condition and was found only 5 days after Bolt went missing. This dog was emaciated and had facial scars too??? Lots of pics of found dog on this link below. I personally don't think a dog can get in such poor condition in 5 days :(
