To everyone involved with Dog Lost.Admin/Co-Ords,Helpers,and the people who spend hours trawling thru,Lost/Found A/W site.I have just had a call from Ann White and Ian.Although little Moo is still lost,the other found,has now got a forever home with Ian.Ann says she thinks D/L people are amazing,as we have carried on with any info/after months,and not given up.They are soooo,happy,with their little rescue,and have named him,Alfie,and would recommend D/L to anyone.I thought you all deserved to know Ann and Ians comments.Marie.xxxx Happy days for little Alfie,What lovely people.xxxxxxx

Hi charlie,at 11-30pm last night I received a txt off Ann.The little dog found was not Moo,but Ian loves him,and if the owner doesn't claim him Ian will prob take him.Hope for this little boy its a very happy ending.I am not sure why the owner has not been in touch with Dog Lost,it seems they were told.Happy hunting,there are lots of little ones needing help.x

Can't believe owner not picked there boy up yet. Don't they want him anymore? Or has the real owner not been told as messages further down this page he sounds desperate to find moo and I'm wandering if Mrs white has actually informed moo's owner.Someone else has wrote on found dog that he's registered to a Mrs Davis. Anyone know what's happening to this poor boy

No I haven't seen Bichon Frise yet,phoned Monty's mum today (stolen pug) as I thought found one looked like him but don't believe it is as I haven't heard anymore.Wish I could do more for all these little ones.

The person I left a message for,is related to Moo's owner.She rang me yesterday.She has been in contact with A/W,but the data base was down.She has told them she wants to see the found,as she believes it is Moo,prob/today.She is very grateful to Dog Lost for this alert,and I have asked her to contact them with the outcome.So charlie keep your fingers crossed.Thanks again.

Hi treesrgreen09 unfortunately not my area either. I do same as you follow dogs and cross check but sounds as though no one can contact owners believe letter been sent to address,but not sure where as says lost Cheshire and found Manchester area and looks like micro chipped to Manchester too.

Hi charlie,yes both the photos of lost and found are very similar.Moo is'nt in my area,probably more yours,but I do check through,lost/found.Would you kindly check with your area co-ordinator,to see if it is Moo.The sooner he is home the better.Thanks very much.

Please check the found on Dog Lost (found) Male Shih Tzu,21/2 He appears to have a bowed front leg as Moo,number 64995 found M25 N/W.Have left message on answer machine,a Ann White.Could you check to see if this is Moo as I have been following him.Hope its good news for you all.Thanks.x

Hi Blake, Im so sorry I didnt see your question. The poorly dog did turn out to be grey & white and so was unlikely to be Moo. I havent forgotten her and will still watch out for possible matches x

• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
• A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (59078)
