I am so very sad to report that Tilly has passed away. She deteriorated through last night and the vets think she may have eaten some poison. This is just so tragic and my heart goes out to her family who were trying so hard to find her. Rest in peace beautiful Tilly x x

Tillys owner has just phoned me to say she has been caught !!! However she is not looking very good and is at the vets on a drip at the moment . She may be dehydrated but they are waiting for an update from the vets tonight . Everything crossed for Tilly xxx

I will be out looking again. Might be worth getting some poster out in the local area, the area where she is being spotted is all industry/retail so if staff in all these places were aware of her i'm sure we'd get her back to her owners in no time.

Tilly's owner has just called me with another sighting of her about 45 minutes ago heading down to Parkgate from the recycling plant area !

I have spoken to Tilly's owner about these sightings.
He was out searching for her all day yesterday and Tilly was sighted both by him and his daughter but she is just running scared.
I have also spoken to the dog warden who has also received calls with sightings. Most of the sightings are in ParkGate, the Wash and near the Recycling point . Have advised her owner with regards scenting and also to map all these sightings and to try I set up a feeding station in spot she unknown to frequent .
Her owner has his other dog with him today and fingers crossed Tilly will come to her. X

Tilly was spotted by a colleague of mine tonight near Greasbrough Recycling Plant / Tip. Me and my boyfriend went to try and find her but couldn't see her anywhere.

My friend has seen this dog at the side of Greeting Café (Foundry Street?) She has also seen it on the wash (Aldwarke Road) today near Ramstones. She did try to catch it but it was too afraid. She has seen it a few times in this area

I have notified Tilly's owner who said this is very near to where she was last seen so she may be hiding up in this area

I saw this dog weds 6th november in the morning on Aldwarke Lane, Rotherham just further up from the asda on the opposite side of the road from the old corus entrance. she was walking in the direction of parkgate.

I wanted to get out of my car but the traffic was heavy and there was a car parked illegally blocking the road. I was also worried that I would have scared her into the heavy traffic.

I am so angry at myself for not stopping. I really hope she is found safe and well.

Sadly there has been no news of Tilly since she was lost whilst visiting the area and her home is too far say for her to be able to make her own way back. Dog wardens have been informed and I have given her owner contact numbers for the stray kennels so he could compare them with the list of numbers that have been called. Have also advised them to poster the area.
Hoping Tilly is found very soon x
