- Hi, I have sighted an unaccompanied spaniel-type dog a couple of times in the last month or so in a small copse just outside Bassingbourn.
The google map reference is: 52.067278, -0.063589
The dog was brown and white- I couldn’t see if it had a collar on.

- Liver and white Spaniel spotted on the footpath alongside the cricket pavillion in Barrington, CB22. Very nervous and despite attempts to tempt him/her will not come to anyone. Signs that the dog has been sleeping in the grasses to the side of the path are apparent. I've called Karen of Heathlands Animal Sanctuary on the number given and left a message on her voicemail. Will go looking for the dog with my own two in tow tomorrow morning, will also report sighting to S Cambs Council in the hope that they've been notified of a missing dog and can reunite him/her with the owner. - I'm sorry to here Henna is lost :(
I don't know if this may help but a week or so ago I think it may have been this dog I saw running up the road and into the field opposite Petersfield school Orwell. I pulled over to stop her getting hit as it was dark but she ran into the field and then couldn't be seen. It just maybe an area to search.
Hope she turns up safe and well, I've shared on FB bassingbourn/royston area - 2013-11-01 00:44 BBKM

- Added on behalf of lady known to owners who have no Internet. Henna ran from new owners after being recently rescued from Heathlands Animal Sanctuary, their phone number on page.
This is not my areas so any details may need amending. I believe owners to be elderly and may need help postering and searching.
Stay safe until you are found Henna - 2013-10-31 20:28
