So desperately sad to report that Maya did not make it home safely. Her body was found near the local rail lines. We had been in touch with Network Rail and they alerted Maya's family.
Maya has been brought home to her family , who worked so very hard to search and spread the word about her. Sending huge condolences to them
rest in peace dear Maya knowing how much you are loved.
If anyone sees any posters in the area please can you remove them.

there is a dog for sale on south yorkshire gumtree looks just like maya could you possibly check as im not too sure but thought would let you know, im admin on yorkshire animals lost and found

There have been no confirmed sightings of Maya since she went missing on a walk on the morning of 6th November. She was spooked and slipped her collar.
She is Microchipped and has been flagged up as missing.Her owners have reported her to the local council dog warden services- have given contact details of surrounding warden services and holding kennels.
have given additional advice on searching and scenting. owners have been postering and spreading the word that she is missing.
really hope that there is news of her very soon
