Have confirmed with animal wardens, this is the same dog as on their website ref 322146. They confirmed the name of the finder as above. Admin please move to Blue thank you.

Spoke to finder, she had the dog a couple of hours, then had to hand it to the dog warden. It would seem to fit the times of the lost/reunited one in same area, although cannot get hold of warden at this time to confirm is same dog.
