Sounds like an elderly dog who has either got lost or sadly been dumped. I do sincerely hope that there is an owner out looking for him or someone offers this poor dog a home in his twilight time xx

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
