The dog warden services are aware of this found dog and are dealing with the situation.
Proof of ownership is required from anyone coming forward to claim her from the holding kennels.Last edited: 2013-11-21 11:32:11 by Minigirl - Area Co-ordinator, West Yorkshire

Tia (her name now) was spotted on fb last night by her distraught owners. Turned out she'd been lost at lunchtime in Golden Acre, and someone had obviously tied her to the tree to keep her way from the VERY busy road that runs alongside the park. They are going to collect her this morning. And will no doubt be getting her chip updated :) xxx

It looks like she'll have a foster home to stay in, and if owner isn't found, she'll be adopted by her fosterer xx

Shared on Lincolnshire Essex and Trent Boxer Rescue members forum. How could anyone think this was a good thing to do!!? Anything could have happened if she had fallen into the wrong hands! I hope this lovely girl can find a rescue place if she needs to be rehomed. Why couldn`t the owner do that instead of leaving her like this! GGrrrr!!! But at least she is in safe hands now I hope. This girl is 2 years old, and was found tied to a tree. Although chipped, her details weren't updated when she was sold a year ago. I've been in touch with her original owner but she has no contact details for her owner
