- This is an urgent appeal for help - I have been with the owner for the last 5 hrs searching in the surrounding area of Bishop Auckland which is a huge area to cover - we need more people to help with the search in order to cover possible locations especially those areas not yet covered. If anyone or anyone you know can spare a few hrs tomorrow it would be very much appreciated - please meet at the entrance gates to Auckland Castle -Bishop Auckland at 10 am Sunday 24th November - Thankyou

- I have just heard that a sheep was killed yesterday in Auckland Park; the poor thing had its face ripped off and the farmer had to shoot her. Obviously we don't know if it was Jess who killed the sheep but it is now a very serious situation, not only for the remaining sheep but for the dog responsible as the farmer is out looking and will shoot on sight. I hope that people searching see this message very soon for everyone's sake. Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings and I hope and pray it's not Jess.

- Thanks everyone. After discussion her fosterer felt that the name she may respond to best is Tess.
When she went missing she was wearing an ID tag and she is microchipped. There have been possible sightings reported in the Binchester area.
we have discussed scenting/ searching

- Angel was in a bad way when she came to Stray Aid, rescue and rehoming centre a few months ago. She had a nasty wound on her shoulder and her left ear flap had to be removed. She went into a fantastic foster home where she bonded with their other dog. She was very gradually introduced to free running and had been perfect, until yesterday afternoon when she went off with the other dog, he came back but she didn't She may be trapped somewhere, or have been picked up, but she is microchipped and wearing an identity tag so hopefully they will be re-united soon. They have been out searching ever since.
