- What a brave girl. Caroline isn't the owner, she put Lisa on here for her , Bo, and gave 200% of her time and energy trying to find Lisa. Caroline did say this was more than likely down to a badger attack, as there were puncture wounds She is so lucky to have survived it.
- 2013-12-06 19:07 Bo
- Oh my goodness - that is one heck of an injury. Well done to the veterinary team for helping to save her life. Caroline (and Lisa's new owner) - thoughts with you and the full recovery of this lovely faithful hound.

- Lisa is doing amazing, she will have surgery tomorrow to remove her right eye. She is on antibiotics which are working well and her temperature is now normal. They have sewn up the huge flap of skin on her back but have left a gap so they can keep flushing it out.
The vet has said her heart is strong and is a real fighter.

- ive just come back from the vets, Lisa is on antibiotics and pain relief. Ive given her a kiss and cuddle and given her blanket to her. Her injuries are at least 2 days old and she was found around 3 miles from her last sighting.
- 2013-11-27 21:16 Owl
- I have a bit more info. Lisa has been found in a garden with injuries which appear to be a couple of days old, as they are infected. Vet not sure whether RTA or animal attack, but poor girl has lost an eye and is in a bad way so all healing thoughts and prayers are welcome.

- Caroline this morning met with the lady who saw a dog on the Stroud rd. She showed her Lisas poster and the lady confirmed its Lisa. This is great news, We are now focussing on the Coates and Cirencester area. As the crow flies from where Lisa went from, its really not far. Teddys mum has been postering Coates and the surrounding areas. The RAC have been alerted as have their beagle pack there. Ive just left Caroline who is still out there with her husband doing a really fantastic job

- There has been a sighting of a dog who looks like Lisa, she was seen on the main Cirencester to Stroud road (A419) she was on the right hand side as if you were driving to Ciren, just before the coates turning, opposite the Sapperton junction. Im meeting the lady who seen the dog to show me just to make sure I have the right place. Will poster everywhere around the area and search.
Lisa Teddys mum will be walking her dogs around the area first thing. - 2013-11-25 19:07 Caroline B - volunteer Cirencester

- Hi, I shared this link on Facebook and a friend left this comment And I thought I should pass it on. 'This dog was lost in far Oakridge??? The last few missing dogs in this village have been found in the gardens of a bungalow called 'hawthorn den'. It has large overgrown gardens to the rear with have lots of disused trout ponds with shear drops into them. Some of which unfortunately still contain water. Please check this property first. As you go into the village from Oakridge lynch its the last house on the left of the top road. The RSPCA are aware of the dangers there but the elderly man that lives there won't do anything about it. I suggest just looking in the grounds as the owner is in his 90's. Please pass this message to the owner as I am not a member on this dog page. Thanks and good luck.' Worth a look maybe. I hope you find her.
- 2013-11-21 22:24 Mollychops
- There have been no sightings or news today sadly, but helpers have been fabulous getting the posters up in all the surrounding villages. Thanks to Teddys owner too who has been helping. He was lost in the same area a couple of weeks back, and was tracked by Jenny and Tiga, who has offered to come back on Monday if Lisa isn't found by then

- Lisa has only been in her new home three weeks and she went off hunting in the Far Oakridge area. This was 3oc this afternoon, and so far nothing. Ive told owner to contact both Cotswold and Stroud Dws and Chelt Dogs home and Teckells, She is chipped but not to her current owner, however she has or had a collar on with a disc. Ive suggested all landowners need alerting, and Gamekeepers etc. Sent out advice sheets and a link to her poster, and told owner to start postering loads asap
- 2013-11-20 21:47 Mollychops
- I will contact owners
