Fantastic news so happy to see she is reunited x

The safest way would be to lay a dog trap with food maybe so she couldn't bolt?

it's my friends dog, i am posting for her, I am 200 miles away in Kent, Bertha is ignoring all food, my friend has just said that she broke into the back garden, the back door was open but she didn't go in, she then broke back out the front and ran across the road. She is staying on the street where she lives at the moment but any movement and she bolts

I would lay a trail of something very smelly and enticing - like sardines ? leading up to and in to the house - obviously door open and with people keeping back. Let the trail go through into somewhere like the kitchen so that you can quietly manage to close the door to the outside. xLast edited: 2013-11-24 22:07:25 by bullt

Bertha approaches the house but then looses her confidence and runs off again. Fosterer is concerned as it is near the main road. While I was on the phone she was approaching the house again. I have suggested she leaves the door open and lets her approach when she feels the time is right. This may be during the early hours though.
