I have scanned the dog and its a male 1.5 year old Lurcher. The chip is registered to someone who has just told me they gave the dog away over a year ago,but their details were logged with the chip company in July of this year. They are not answering any of their phones now. They live in Harwell Oxford. As of now we will have to wait till morning to do some more investigations into this.
