Good news !
Thanks to help from a helper and a local co ordinator doglost were able to help put Labrador welfare in contact with the person trying to rehome Louis who had in fact already found him a new home.
They agreed to pass details of the new owners onto Labrador welfare and I am very pleased to report that the new owners agreed to allow Labrador welfare to do a home check on them and as a result Labrador welfare are very happy for Louis to stay in his new home . So a very satisfactory ending to this story where all parties are happy and most importantly Louis has a lovely new home ! Thanks again to our local co ordinator and helper who were instrumental in this excellent result ! Wishing Louis a long and happy life with your new family xx

I have spoken to the owner of Louis. He was on facebook on Leonard Brothers vets in Crewe facebook page, they may have his number and yes he is trying to rehome him. We were interested in taking him, as we have a chocolate lab and recently lost his brother and Oscar isn't coping too well on his own. Owner said that a family friend was coming to look at Louis and he would be back in touch if she didn't want him. Let me know if he needs a home as would still be interested. Thanks Marie
