Thanks Patlucky, hope you are right

I think she is in a rescue.
Esther
Has she a rescue space?
Dog WardenBrent AWO
We contacted all the local vets abd chairty vets on the day she was found. All were given her microchip number to cross reference but no matches were found.
How many vets, if the client is new, check and make a record of the chip number, especially charity vets...?
BigGSDPatlucky
I thought that when I posted that.
Trouble is where do you start.
All I know is someone had been to the vet with the dog.
I do hope someone near there can try the vets.
I had another thought not everyone has heard of Lost dogs.
They would not even look. plus some don't even have the internet

I know someone must have already thought about this but just in case not , has anyone contacted all vets within the are found to see if they have treated a GSD recently? They might be able to spread the word further afield too.
BigGSDPatlucky
Looking at her leg she has at some point had a blood test.
Maybe even an operation as her leg is shaved.
So seems strange no one has reported her missing

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
Please check on our Missing pages in case the Found dog has been registered as missing with us.
If possible please add a photo as this greatly assists our work in matching Found dogs with Missing dogs.
