- Oh I hope so , I saw an elderly lady today who could hardly walk she had a dear little terrier without fur on his back and sides from mid back down to tail poor thing was shivering in the wind , I don't know where she lives as I was only visiting the village but she was a local , I can't stop thinking about the poor dog he was matted as well :-( xxxx

- Westies are prone to skin conditions, so it could be a mixture of that & being missing for a while. Lets hope his owner is found soon.

- What a shame This little man does need some attention doesn`t he? Sounds like a very bad case of neglect to me, unless he is owned by an elderly person. Still no excuse though. Hope he gets "Sorted" Keep us posted.

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
