- Thanks Alison x
This possible sighting does sound very promising and her owners are very hopeful that it is her. The area she has been sighted in has quite a small community and the lady that saw her is going to ask other people in the neighbourhood to look out for her.
Her owner is going to go to the area to look for Charlie and also to display posters.
As I have mentioned in the past , before Charlie lived with her present owners she had been living rough as a stray for some time and so will have slipped back into this lifestyle . She will also be very wary of people as it took a lot of time and patience for her to let anyone near her last time .
.
It's is hoped that Charlie has settled in the area she has been sighted in and that a feeding station can be set up to keep her visiting the same place.
Fingers crossed x - 2014-01-31 13:04 AlisonH
- There was a sighting last night close to Ulleskelf near Tadcaster and also at Kirkby Wharfe. Bumping to top.

- I have spoken to Charlie's owner who is out searching for her.
Charlie ran off yesterday at around 9 am in a popular local dog walking area and was sighted later at 6 pm back near to where she ran off from which is also fairly near to a housing estate .
Her owners have contacted the local dog warden and stray kennels but as the area Charlie is missing borders other districts I have advised they contact the wardens for these areas too .
The microchip company has been informed she is missing and her owners have been postering.
Charlie is a very nervous dog who had been living rough as a stray for sometime previous to going to live with her current owners this summer and she will be very wary of strangers .
I have given her owner advice with regard the possible behaviour pattern Charlie could display and also advice re scenting etc.
Hoping so much Charlie is found and back home very soon xx
