- Just heard the good news, Binnie. so delighted for you and your family. have felt very connected on this one due to seeing you so early on in your search. and well done on your poster campaign. If I could please ask all local readers to remove the lost posters now when you see them, and perhaps even replace them with ones for Rosa? see dog lost ID number 60236. lets all try and get Rosa home for Xmas too. send Imp my love. xx

- IMP IS HOME FOR CHRISTMAS, i cant thank everybody enough for their support and efforts to help find imp.
he is battered and bruised and has the vets to look forward this afternoon but he is home safe and sound.
our hearts go out to sarah and rosa who is still lost but as soon as imp is well enough we will be back out there to continue the search. again heartfelt thanks from me my family and imp to everyone for your help - 2013-12-17 13:07 CJ - Police Liaison & SE Regional Coordinator
- REUNITED just spoken with owner to confirm. he needs to see the vets as has some nasty puncture wounds from the attck but now home although still traumatised still was able to bark at the postie!! Picked up yesday by senenoaks dog warden and reunited today. DW would have chipped Imp for them but as so traumatised it will be left until settled in.
Great news for owners and an early xmas bonus to get him back.
Stay safe now Imp and hope your recover soon from your ordeal. xx - 2013-12-17 11:11 SpringerMad - Area Volunteer, East Sussex

- hi baggy, i added picture as well
- 2013-12-15 22:13 Baggy Dog
- Great Binnie - what I should have said is that it would be a good idea to include a picture as he's a x breed. Though any dog wandering around alone deserves attention!

- hi sarah, thank you binnie has been out putting up posters all day and has also re-stapled any of rosa's posters she saw that were loose, all we can do is keep looking and hope they are found.Last edited: 2013-12-15 20:51:12 by binnie dodge

- Hi Binnie, thinking of you today. I have been keeping my eyes open searching for him and my little Rosa too. Alikat helped me so much when I lost Rosa, she came out on many occasions and stayed with me all day. She's a star. Hopefully you will find Imp very soon. Sarah

- alikat, thank you so much. as a volunteer worker at knole i am lucky that everyone from the house staff to the park rangers and even the residents that live in the park are aware of imp and are always looking out for him, i will let you know if anything co-ordinated is planed. thank you again

- Hi Binnie, afraid I didn't spot you, but maybe I didn't walk in the right area. I'd forgotten how huge the area is. I did a huge circle from the main car park, including rooting about in some woods, under fallen trees etc. Maybe you haven't been allowed to put any posters around the house, but I do think it would help as people park there and go off in all directions. If I come over again it might be better to park at Fawke Common and walk in from that way. Are you going to organise anything co-ordinated? I'm retired so free to help during the week. Just let me know via this page. Praying Imp will show himself soon - at least it's still fairly mild weather.

- I’ve found that it helps to print out an A4 sheet of paper cut into business-card size slips, each with brief details and your phone number on. Give them to all the local dog walkers, postmen etc. you meet. Then if someone has news when they’re out and about they don’t need to find a poster or log on to the site to contact you. I see you've been handing out posters. If you'd like me to send you a PDF with business-card size details on then please email me: info@safedog.co.uk. Good luck, hope to see him in the blue soon.

- Hi Binnie, I don't live in the area at all - coming over from Dorking - but I'll just have a walk in the park, especially the Fawke Common side. My Border Terrier is very nosy and loves going through undergrowth so, you never know, she might find something. Going to be wearing my long brown waxed coat and blue wellies, so you might see me. I should be there by about 1.45 pm

- I will come and walk my dog in the area this afternoon. Is there anywhere in particular you feel Imp might be?
- 2013-12-15 08:20 bullt
- Do hope IMP is found today - he is described as a Border cross on FB and does look more Bordery than straight JR though I'm sure this is evident ! Best of luck. x

- Hi, I have am so sorry you have lost your dog. I too lost my dog nearly 4 weeks ago in Ightham, a little Border Terrier called Rosa. I will look out for Imp when I am out walking. My husband and I still spend most days out searching. Fingers crossed he will be home with you soon. Sarah

- thanks everybody, have spent the last day and a half walking around knole park calling him have pinned missing posters on every tree and post i could find and handed them out to everybody i came across.
the park rangers and everyone associated with the park and all my friends are looking for him there.
its the surrounding areas i need help with he may have left the park have had a possible sighting in weald, he may be hurt from the attack but he is a tough little guy, so if you know anyone who lives in the surrounding area please just ask them to keep a look out for him. many thanks - 2013-12-14 18:01 Julia Thornton
- Imp was attacked by another dog whilst out on a walk with his owner. he slipped his harness during the attack, so has no ID on him. he ran off quite terrified and possibly injured. he is believed to have headed towards the Fawke Common gate of knole park (near the little pond and the road that goes to one tree hill). he may well be trying to make his way home to Seal.
- 2013-12-14 17:23 alikat
- Are you needing help to look for him? I could come to Knole tomorrow, with my Border Terrier.
