- I'm afraid I have read of an accident today on Brettenham Road with a little Yorkie and a rubbish truck via the Waltham Forest 4 Dogs Facebook page. The owners need to get in touch with the Waltham Forest Dog Enforcement Team who were called to the incident via this number: 020 8496 3000
