Brilliant news - welcome home Barney!!! He's such a beautiful boy. I'm just so happy that Barney's family are now able to have a lovely cosy Christmas all together. And... PLEASE Barney, no more going off and getting yourself into trouble!

Karen. It doesn`t have to be a bed or blanket, it could be anything he has been lying on for eg or a toy. If he sleeps on your sons bed you could try something with his scent on; all worth a try. A near neighbour put up posters for her "Missing" cat. He was missing for a week or two, only to be "Found" several doors away being fed by someone else. Now reunited. Good luckx

Thanks Jane. He has prawns for breakfast every morning so I know he would not miss them... He doesn't use a bed as he sleeps on ours or my sons. I have been out calling him and walking round the neighbourhood calling him. I have just spoken to one of my neighbours and they have not heard him (he has a very distinctive meow as a Bengal) or seen him since Tuesday. will keep you posted.

Sorry to see Barney is missing. He has been nejutered sol possibly not too far away. Cook some chicken, or meat which he cant resist, as them the delicious smell may tempt him back (He may be being fed by soneone else). Also if weather permitting put something with his scent on, his blanket say, and put in his bed if he uses one. If not place the blanket with Barney`s sent on, and put in a cardboard box in the garden. Leave something with your scent on too. Cats rely very much on scent. Male cats that have been neutered only have a territory of about four garden spaces too. Keep calling his name, as cats do know their owners voices. Good luck. Keep us posted
