- I asked about this dog and was told the dog's condition will be assessed at the next vet visit on 3rd January, 2014. I was told that any donations towards the treatment can be made to the City Dog's Home and if the Staffie with poor skin is mentioned they will be put it aside for this dog's care. - I agree that it is very doubtful the owner of this neglected dog will come forward. I fear a rescue space may be this poor dogs only chance.

- Oh dear poor dog obviously nobody is going to admit to owning this him/her because of the bad condition they've allowed him/her to get to !!

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
