My staff is a pure staff and that is what he looks like from some angles, not all staffs have the real distinctive jaw until their mouths are open, esp when still so young. Staffs are all v different looking but similar, if that makes any sense at all !!

At first glance I would have thought he was a Lab too, maybe a Staffie/Lab cross? Hope he is home very soonxxxx

Please note the photo now on site. It doesn't look like a staff to me, it looks more like a labrador? What do you all think? Should i change the breed on the poster? I won't do the mailing until we have a more certain breed. Please let me know.

Spoke with Killers owner yesterday and it seems the description given in the alert isn't quite accurate. Killer is mostly black with a very small splash of white on his chest. Also - and this should be of enormous help in identifying Killer - he doesn't have a full tail. Its not docked - but its much shorter than normal.

Tori, my thoughts were how the owners must feel that people find it necessary to criticise their babys name when they are going through such a terrible time, thats the only reason I posted ! There are loads of staffies with 'tough' names ! Enough said, lets concentrate on getting him back. x

In my experience the name can alter some peoples perception of the breed, when I call my Dobie Fudge people do look differently at her. Agree though that the most important thing is to reunite Killer with his familyxxxxx

Come home soon Killer xx I dont suppose his owners are too thrilled with you putting down his name. Calling a staff Killer isn't going to change peoples opinions of staffs ! maybe stick to helping to find him instead of worrying about his name.
