I have just seen that Bertie is 18 years old. No wonder they described him as walking slowly!!! We are all so pleased that he is back where he belongs, how long did he spend at the kennels? Maybe now they will have a look for a match on here when strays are brought in. Give him extra hugs from me. X

Hello Nellie, Bertie was lost near the old power station site!

Sarah thank you but that is not Bertie.
Sarah
Just thought I would cross post this of a dog found - I don't think it's Bertie because of the way the facial hair lies but just looks similar in so many ways so would feel better if you just confirmed it wasn't. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10202959007440518&set=a.1463588714057.214294.1363653061&type=1&theater
