Thank you all so much for your kind comments, it was so tragic finding Amy in this way but, at least her owner has closure.

This breaks my heart. Not only are poor owners faced with a losing their precious girl but its in such tragic circumstances and at Christmas! Christmas will never be Christmas for them again. This is too awful. Beautiful Amy is safe in heaven now and to her family I send my my love and prayers, hoping that in time you can all find peace. You will be together again. Love never dies. Amy escaped whilst being looked after as owner was in hospital, just heard Amy has been seen near owners home but has disappeared again......will keep you posted
