Sorry to see this dog was not Jasper --such a shame that this dog is still waiting for its owner and James is till trying to find Jasper---hope both will soon be reunited

My sister has been in touch with Bob Catchpole who found this dog. He was very helpful and is going to look into things further for us. This dog's microchip details/contact numbers didn't add up. He obviously has shorter hair than Jasper had but someone could have got him clipped. The white on his chest looks more than jaspers too. Here's hoping for a miracle!

Got message regarding this dog. It could be jasper! Obviously he would be a long way from home but we have to check this out. I've phoned Dog Control East Herts. No answer today and I've e-mailed animal wardens website. Please let this be our boy!

I think Jasper possible has less white on his chest (looking at his photo), but it is hard to judge.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
