- Great to see Rocky is home ---hope he is well---I have noticed that lost dogs are said to go to quiet areas such as cemetery---was he found in Hurst Cemetery ? it would be close to his home area.

- Had a look on Google maps (I live fairly near but don't know the area well) and it looks to be about a mile away from where he was spotted the day he went missing. Looks possible although there would have been a couple of busy roads to cross.

- The sighting was around the area of Tameside College, heading towards Stamford Park. PLEASE check your gardens, Rocky could be on the run but injured and may eventually have taken shelter.

Hi Claire, we have a fenced off back area, min pins are notorious escape artists but he has never gone far, I let him out, when I noticed he wasn't responding I went out the front door, a friend who doesn't know him well came out as well, he went one way me the other, all of a sudden the dog comes belting it past me looking absolutely terrified , the friend said as he ran over to him a car was coming so my friend shouted stop, it hit him, but he got up and then ran off, we both followed him but he was really freaking out and them totally disappeared, we checked everywhere for. 3 hours but it was cold and dark and the speed he was running he could if quite easily gone anywhere as no one saw the direction, he's red in colour and nearly 5, my main worry is he skulked off into a bush and just froze and of the cold last night, he went missing last night 30th around 10pm from ol6 9ns, thanks Claire, were devastated - 2013-12-31 09:26 Gino
