SAM's owner ID62354 has seen this found and has confirmed it is him. They have not contacted the Animal Wardens yet and were waiting until tomorrow. Have advised they can try tonight as AW#s are very often available until late. x

Lady who has lost him only lives 2 min away from the Police Station where he was handed in. Looks like a deffo match.
