Thanks Beezle I will alert my friend to them. I will give them a call as well because we have lots of shredded paper and can drop over to them when passing albeit not to often going that direction. Elsa is being rehomed through Battersea Old Windsor. I do not have her kennel number to hand but would be able to supply it on Monday if anyone needed it. They probably have a home already lined up so please do not be too disappointed if she is already booked. For info, There is a female Rough Collie looking for a home on the dbarc website.

Have just had rough colie rescue on the phone and they have several home checked homes on their list ...have passed on Dog wardens number and email address...will update when we know more...tx

Sorry Claire. That was just a msg suggesting to contact other organisations to see if they could help find a suitable home. Think the DW Beezle is the person dealing with the rehoming.
I hv also had a msg fm a friend who thinks it may possibly be a dog that they bred .. hv suggested that they get in touch with you Beezle.

Hi Woosips thanks for the call earlier but sadly this is not misty,looks as though this is a rough collie and not a sheltie.They do look very similar but shelties are usually only about 13 inches tall and have smaller features.I do hope she finds a lovely home soon but am surprised nobody has claimed her. We still get sightings of Misty so we know she is still out there and we still hope that one day we will have her back home with us.Bob and Rene xx

Always worth checking but "Elsa" is not microchipped and I think too big? Misty's owner would need to check the picture. She is well groomed. Can't understand why she hasn't been claimed.

I can't find the lost dog ID on here at the minute but this is not the dog that Bob & Rene have been searching for for months is it? Maybe some of the regular viewers will know which dog I mean? Hope I have not got them mixed up but sure this one looks similar. Can anyone help?

Thank you for taking the time to list this found dog and ensuring the safety of the dog.
Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
Please check on our Missing pages in case the Found dog has been registered as missing with us.
If possible please add a photo as this greatly assists our work in matching Found dogs with Missing dogs.
