- Thank you all for your help and updating the breed, I didn't know for sure what she was! She has now found her owner (through the dog warden) and was returned this morning. a lovely happy ending :o)

- I cross-posted to an American Cocker spaniel rescue site and the consensus is it's an American Cocker. Might be worth updating the breed in case anyone searches?
