Have just spoken to my friend again and she said he happened at about 16.45 today and the dog ran from the forest hill side of the road over to the Wheatley side when it was hit so that will the best place to look. :(

I am really sorry to be the bearer of bad news but a friend of mine saw a dog killed on the A40 near the Forest Hill turning this evening. She is unsure of what dog it was but I could not let this go without informing you. I hope to god that it wasn't your dog but may be worth trying the local vets as hopefully someone would of taken the dog there although she did say it was definately killed .so sorry
Shereen
Rogue had just been taken to her new home tonight when she slipped her collar...old owner is out searching now and I have advised for original owner to do some scenting leading to a safe place away from the road...I have emailed advice and scenting instructions.
