  • Other Info Frank has been reunited with his owner. Chip details will be updated and he already has a new tag for his collar :). "Frank" is micro-chipped but the details are not up to date. We have been to the house and neighbours say owners have moved and they think the dog's name is Frank. The last known address is in Bristol. Frank is desperately looking for his people to come and get him as is sad and confused at the rescue.
