Do we know if Casper is still missing?
It is a good idea to have a knock on all neighbours doors weekly. Someone may have taken him in. Not knowing he is a missing cat! People.. Some are a pain like that/ feeding a cat just because they can. then the cat simply stays grrr.
Unknown
Seeks. Good idea. You may be right, someone else may be feeding him. Try cooking some chicken/fish, or war some up in the microwave as the smell may tempt him back. Also keep tapping his food dish with some pilchards say, or sardines, as they have a very strong smell, and keep calling his name as he will know your voice of course. If possible, (And dry) place something with his scent on, bedding or his blanket; anything that may have his scent on. Put somethning with your scent on too. Doesn`t say if Casper has bee NEUTERED because if he has he will have a smaller territory than a cat that has not had the "Op" My beighbours cat went "Missing" for a week or two, only to be found a few doors away from his home being fed by someone else. I have two cats (Both spayed females) and know they rely such a lot on scent. Come on Casper, time you were back home with your OWN family. Good luckx Keep us posted.

Bless him, I hope he is soon home.

Have you tried leafleting your immediate area asking folk have they seen him and could they check he isn't locked in somewhere? I do that for mine and sometimes it means they come home soon after.

Will share him but got everything crossed he is soon back with you x
