I spoke with Wilts Council who have custody of this dog, they tried to contact owner to no avail, the dog is currently at 4 days and will be rehomed after 7. Currently at Baths Cats and Dogs home. He looks a nice dog so I am sure he will find a good home x

I emailed finder who thought that the dog as now at Baths cats and dogs home, and passed info on to someone via FB to send to nephew. This was only last night so fingers crossed x

I've read on Facebook that the chip contact number is out of date, the owner is in hospital and his nephew has been contacted. Any further news? Has he been reunited?

Thank you MillieVW but I have checked and found dog is microchipped - not Reiver, well done for thinking of him though, they do look alike in the photo's.

I know sometimes chips are missed and then there's the faulty batch so always worth a glance. I think it looks a lot like him x

Long shot, could finder check against Reiver, last sighted in Salisbury. Missing since 7th Jan 2012.
